The queen studio had a decent kitchenette setup, great for making snacks or light meals. The room felt spacious, quiet, and provided a nice home base during my stay, making it easy to kick back and relax after a long day.
My visit revealed a few quirks—I found the A/V setup frustrating with two remotes and no control over the TV volume. The absence of breakfast options was a letdown, and I faced an unexpected pet fee that caught me off guard. The cleanliness didn’t meet expectations either, with the floors needing a thorough mopping and the overall vibe feeling a bit rundown compared to previous visits.

I enjoyed my stay immensely! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I loved the convenient pantry and the free laundry facilities made things easier. Plus, with Walmart and great local restaurants nearby, everything I needed was within reach. Don’t miss trying the fantastic coffee selection!

Comfortable stay with some quirks
We had a pretty good time here. The room was nice and clean. The snack bar was a nice touch after a long day. I did have an annoying experience when we asked for extra chairs, but they said no because of some new policy. Just a bit strange. Still, it was a cozy place overall!

It was just a smart choice for a fleeting stay in Alabaster with good price-quality ratio. The staff was nice but had a strict policy about furniture that was disappointing. Make sure to request extra chairs in advance if you need them.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids and our three dogs. The full kitchen was a fantastic convenience for making quick meals, and the room was spacious enough for all of us to relax. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to our needs.
My kids wished there were more outdoor play area options for dogs. A bigger space where they could run would have been great for family stays.

Good spot for family visits
We had a good time staying here for 2 nights. The Queen Studio Suite was nice and cozy. Location is great, super close to shops, which was handy. The lobby staff could've been friendlier though, and the fridge was kinda loud.
